The latest effort by the Nashville Downtown Partnership to curb, if not outright cure, panhandling in Nashville actually looks like a good plan. Homeless Outreach

Today I attended a meeting of homeless outreach workers. It was a good meeting, concerning the coordination of services. But, alas, my computer is broken, and I'm stuck with using library computers that don't allow me much time to post.
